Meet the Coach

Simone Provenzano, Ph.D, CSCS is the expert behind EndureWell Coaching. She brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to guide you on your journey to peak performance and wellness. Simone holds a Ph.D. in Health & Human Performance and a B.S. and M.S. in Exercise Physiology. Her education is rounded out by professional certifications from nationally recognized organizations such as the National Strength & Conditioning Association, Road Runner’s Club of America, International Society of Sports Nutrition, Yogafit, and USA Triathlon.

Simone has over 12 years of experience of coaching people to be their very best. She has worked with athletes of all ages and abilities, including chronic conditions such as multiple sclerosis, fibromyalgia, diabetes mellitus, and polymyalgia rheumatica. Integrating the latest training principles rooted in exercise science, biomechanics, sports psychology, and nutrition to help her clients improve performance, stay motivated, avoid injury, and thrive along the way, she is dedicated to supporting and guiding athletes every step of the way.

Simone also leads by example: She is a 3 x Ironman finisher and has completed numerous half-Ironman races, as well as many Olympic- and Sprint-Distance triathlons. She holds age group wins in all distances. Additionally, she won the prestigious Triple Threat Competition at Hotter Than Hell in 2022 as first female overall, and holds multiple wins at the Mount Locke Hill Climb at Fort Davis Cyclefest. She has competed in many 5K’s, 10K’s, Half-Marathons and Marathons around the country. In addition, she exemplifies a healthy lifestyle in all aspects of her life.
